Dr Hayward is a past President of the IUGA. Born in the UK Lynsey moved to NZ in 1994 where she completed specialist training between NZ and the UK. She works in Auckland sharing her time between public and private posts. She is an Honorary lecturer at the university of Auckland and a member of the NZ pelvic floor research group.
