Last year a decision was made by the Board to cease the mailing of Membership Certificates. This decision was made with the ICS green ethos in mind, as the practice of posting out thousands of certificates was not environmentally sound, and steep increases in postal and print charges made it also unviable financially. This has been a big cost saving for the Society, but for those members that like to have a membership certificate, this was a bit of a problem.
We are pleased to say that this has now been resolved with a new ICS Certification System which is being launched onto the website. As an ICS member you can now download PDF membership certificates and print them yourself.
Certificates are printable from any past year of membership. To print your certificate:
- Follow this link www.ics.org/members
- Log in
- Then select the ‘Membership’ tab within your profile (as shown below)
You will then see a list of certificates that you are able to print:
