The agenda for the 2013 ICS Annual General Meeting (AGM) is now available to view here.
The 2013 ICS AGM will be held in the Centre Convencions Internacional de Barcelona (CCIB), Room 112 on Thursday 29 August 2013 from 16.00–17.30
All members must be registered and seated by 16:00 in time for the official start of the AGM. We strongly advise you arrive for entry no later than 15:30.
Pre-AGM Board/Members meeting
The board of Trustees recognise that the AGM does not offer the membership sufficient opportunity to discuss society matters at length or in depth. In this regard the board would like to invite you to discuss ICS strategy and direction at an additional meeting which the Board hopes will become a regular part of the ICS calendar.
This will be held from 17:30–18:30 on Wednesday 28 August in Room 123 of the convention centre.
