We are pleased to announce the results of the recent voting for official ICS elected positions:
Board posts - Single Transferable Vote (STV) results
General Secretary-Elect: Adrian Wagg
The 1 year General Secretary-Elect term begins as of the 2013 ICS AGM (29 August). The General Secretary-Elect is then automatically appointed as General Secretary for two years from the 2014 ICS AGM.
Honorary Treasurer: Sherif Mourad
Board candidates that have been successful in the STV process must be formally ratified by ICS membership voting at the AGM, and by online voting prior to the AGM. This is a requirement of UK Company Law and is the same voting process used since 2011. Provided the candidate achieves the approval of more than 50% of the total Ordinary Resolution (yes/no) votes, they are formally declared to be appointed as General-Secretary Elect and Honorary Treasurer.

ICS AGM, 29 August 2013
This will be held during the ICS annual meeting in Barcelona, from 16:00-17:30. An agenda and further details on the AGM will be distributed to ICS members well before the meeting.
