The monthly collaborative case discussions came to a close on Sunday 4 June, with the final session in the series of pelvic pain related topics. In what proved to be a very successful series of online discussions, the ICS working group, led by Elise De, covered the following subjects:
• Pudendal Neuropathy
• Pharmacology for Pain
• Physiotherapy for Pain
• Psychological Aspects of Pain
• Rectal / Perianal Pain
These monthly sessions, designed for multidisciplinary pelvic health groups serving patients with pelvic pain around the world, are of value to all professionals in the field of continence including Urologists, Gynaecologists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Radiologists, Neurologists, Interventional Pain Specialists, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physicians, Rheumatologists, Psychologists, Basic Scientists, Colorectal Surgeons and others.
