The ICS Board of Trustees and Annual Meeting Chairs welcome expressions of interest from ICS members to become ambassadors for the forthcoming annual meeting.
What does the role of an ICS Ambassador involve?
ICS Ambassadors are tasked with recruiting potential participants to attend ICS 2024 through:
- Active sharing and promotion of ICS 2024 via Social Media platforms
- Contacting peers/colleagues/contacts to highlight this event
- Sending promotional materials (supplied by ICS) to relevant institutions (e.g. hospital and university departments)
- Promoting the event when presenting at other meetings, using promotional slides (these can be supplied by the ICS Office)
How will you be rewarded?
As a thank you for your loyalty and efforts, the Board will offer Ambassadors a selection of benefits, depending on the number of delegates that sign-up quoting your name. Benefits include free registration for the annual meeting, 50% discount on registration, access to the committee quiet room and a free ticket to the Annual Dinner.
If you hit the 20 delegates mark, you'll have reached the top level and will be awarded the following:
- FREE Registration
- FREE ICS Membership
- FREE Annual Dinner Ticket (at ICS 2024)
- Access to the Committee Quiet Room (at ICS 2024)
