Coping with hardship.
In consideration of the professional and personal stresses we endure during our careers, especially since 2020, the 2022 Early Career session in Vienna will address the deepest of life skills: coping with hardship.
The first hour of the ninety-minute private session will open with six senior ICS members sharing stories of a life challenge they faced, and how they coped. Comments and questions will be welcome. There will be 30 minutes for early career members to explore and share stories in an open format.
The session will be moderated with imparting of coping skills and processing of the events discussed.
Overview of the programme
