This round table focuses on new UDS technologies that are currently being investigated and may play a role in the diagnostic work-up of patients with lower urinary tract dysfunction in the future. By the end of the session the attendants should:

  • Recognise the unmet needs of conventional urodynamics in the clinical practice
  • Be informed about pros and cons of the penile cuff test for specific indications
  • Understand the rational behind newer, non-invasive technologies
  • Be aware of potential applications of ultrasound and wireless catheter-free technologies for assessment/monitoring of bladder function
